Thank you for your order with Sacred Vice Coffee. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know what to expect after placing your order. By purchasing from our Site, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Order Processing Time
All orders are subject to a processing period before shipment. Please allow:
3–5 business days for order processing and fulfillment
Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been fulfilled and handed off to the carrier.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, please allow the following estimated delivery windows:

Where We Ship
Sacred Vice Coffee currently ships to:

✅ U.S. Territories (may experience longer delivery times)
🌍 International Shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping. We hope to expand in the future — stay tuned!
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and carrier information.
Allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation
You can track your order directly through the carrier's website using the provided tracking number
If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 7 business days of placing your order, please contact us at [your email here].
Shipping Carriers
Orders may be fulfilled and shipped through any of the following carriers:
USPS
UPS
FedEx
DHL
Or other regional carriers depending on your location
The carrier used for your order will be reflected in your tracking information.
Shipping Delays
Sacred Vice Coffee is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
Carrier delays or service disruptions
Severe weather conditions
High volume shipping periods (holidays, sales events, etc.)
Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
Customs or postal service delays
If your package appears significantly delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Sacred Vice Coffee is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend:
Checking around your property and with neighbors
Contacting your local post office or carrier
Filing a claim directly with the shipping carrier
If you are unable to resolve the issue with the carrier, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. Sacred Vice Coffee is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at hello@sacredvicecoffee.com
We will make every effort to correct the address before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been placed and processed
Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for replacements or refunds
Damaged Items in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please:
Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product immediately upon receipt
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@sacredvicecoffee.com
Include your order number and photos in your message
We will review your claim and work with you toward a resolution on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to our [Return Policy] for more details.
Multiple Shipments
Depending on product availability and fulfillment, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. If this occurs, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed and confirmed, we are unable to cancel or modify it. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
